LEAP-1A Engine Stand for Rent & Lease

National Aero Stands rents and leases the Dedienne LEAP-1A engine stand (part number 956A7644G03) for the CFM engine of the Airbus A320neo family. The stand is CFM qualified under a licensing agreement, and the delivery includes lifting brackets, an adapter plate with spherical joint and a QEC storage cover.

Engine and aircraft compatibility

The LEAP-1A powers the Airbus A320neo family. The stand interfaces with the engine at the fan frame and the turbine rear frame and tows in both directions, forward and aft. Shock absorption is handled by eight specialized mounts, and the wheel system is a swiveling single wheel with two wheel pins. The stand itself weighs 2,853 kg (6,250 lbs) and measures 4,775 mm x 2,591 mm x 1,727 mm, or 188 in x 102 in x 68 in – numbers worth noting before onward transport is booked. Empty stands stack up to three units high, a figure worth having when planning aircraft engine storage for a fleet.
